The cultivated area of Bromopsis inermis is based on agro-climatic, natural and economic factors within former USSR countries. The large amount of published data available was consulted. The final map was constructed by generalizing regional maps; arable lands maps (dark blue polygon); and maps of permitted, cultivated lands (excluding non-arable lands) (light blue polygon). Only those lands where Bromopsis inermis is used in crop rotation were taken into account.Sources of data:
