The area of distribution was divided into zones of high and moderate severity. In the zone of high severity the disease is widespread, its development is 25-50%, and yield losses can reach 50% and more. In the zone of moderate severity the disease development is not more than 20%.Method of map production:
Hand drawn maps were scanned, georeferenced and vectorized. The area of distribution and zones of the fungus severity were drawn according to results of the analysis of published data. The zone of high severity includes the Krasnodar Territory and the Far East of Russia according to the following sources: Nelen & Zhukovskaya (1968), Zaostrovnykh & Dubovitskaaya (2003), Podkina (1986). Moderate severity was found in Moldova (Prostakova & Ganya, 1983). The data on the Anthracnose of Soybean presence on soya in other areas (Ukraine, Northern Caucasus, Volga Basin Region, Kursk Region) are not found in literature.Reference citations:
