The area of the Black Smut has been marked on a blank map. In the former Soviet Union the disease has been registered in Primorskii Territory (Abramov, 1938; Azbukina et al., 1986; Dorofeeva et al., 1992) and also in Syr Darya Region of Uzbekistan (Dorofeeva, 1993). Registration and vectorization of raster map have been carried out using standard GIS-technologies.Sources of the data:
