It is created on materials of map of natural scale 1: 40 000 000.Projection:
"Alber's Equal Area Conic for the USSR", 9, 1001, 7, 100, 0, 44, 68, 0, 0Basic contents:
Vector map. It consists of two layers characterizing the Septoria leaf blotch distribution and harmfulness on wheat.Accuracy of the classifier:
Zones where the Septoria leaf blotch on wheat has distribution and harmfulness is allocated by results of the analysis of open published materials. The borders of the strong harm zone marks the territoty, where intensity of disease development is more 20% during a tillering-branching phase - flowering phase of wheat.Procedure of map drawing:
Distribution Septoria leaf blotch on wheat caused by S. tritici was determined by result of analysis of local publications. The published cartographical materials of All Russian Scientific Institute of Plant Pathology about distribution of Septoria species in Russian Federation mainly was used. (Zakharenko et al., 2003). Identification of S. tritici distributive and dominative zones was identified by analysis of occurrence frequency of species in different regions, and frequency of caused by them epithytoty and yield losses (Sanin et al, 1999; Zakharenko et al., 2000). Definition of the disease distribution was carried out on vector layer of wheat growing regions. The blank map with outlines of area was scanned. Registration and vectoring of raster map were performed by standard tools of current GIS-tecnologies.Related references:
