Basic contents:

The map is a vector file consisting of 1 basic and 3 subject layers. The species range is represented by a polygon and dots.

Accuracy of the qualifier:

The dots represent information on the species localities according to herbarium materials of LE (1) and published sources (2), the polygon - generalized information on the species distribution.

Method of the map construction:

The range map is based on coordinates according to herbarium materials of V.L.Komarov Botanical Institute (LE), and published maps (Shelyag-Sosonko, 1977; Grossheim, 1939, Kharkevich, 1985, Malyshev, Peshkova, 1990). The species range splits up into several large areas. In the European part of the former USSR, Siberia nad Kazakhstan, the species occurs in steppe and forest-steppe zones from the western border to steppe ranges in the Angara River basin; in the forest zone of the European part as a weed in fields and disturbed habitats. The second part of the range embraces steppes, forest-steppe complexes and steppified forests from Dauria to the lower Amur in the east, and Khanka Lake depression in the south. In Transcaucasia, occurs everywhere up to the lower zone of the Great Caucasus Range, In Central Asia in piedmont areas of Kopet-Dagh and Tien Shan system.
